Nothing on it constitutes legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, compliance or investment advice, and nothing on it is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any product, service or security. The website and its contents — including text, graphics, layout, screen designs, product names, logos and marks — are owned by Luwian AI Inc or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. TSXPert, MLXPert, ScorecardXPert, LLMXPert and LuwianIQ are product names of Luwian AI Inc.
We grant you permission to view the website and to print or download individual pages for your own internal, non-commercial reference. That permission does not include any right to:
• copy, republish, distribute, adapt or create derivative works from the website or its contents
• use any automated means to access, scrape, index, harvest or collect content or data from the website, including for the purpose of training or evaluating any model or system
• frame, mirror or present the website or any part of it as your own
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the design, structure or underlying methods of any product described on the website
• remove or obscure any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice.

These terms cover the website only. Access to and use of the Luwian AI platform — including any preview access — is governed by the written agreement between Luwian AI Inc and the institution concerned, not by these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luwian AI Inc makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the website or its contents, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness, currency, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
