Aytekin Oldaç is a technology entrepreneur and executive with three decades of experience spanning enterprise technology, artificial intelligence, healthcare, governance, and digital transformation.

As Chairman and Co-founder of Luwian AI, Aytekin works with the founding team and executive leadership to shape the company's long-term vision, strategic direction, and governance. His responsibilities include advising on enterprise strategy, market positioning, strategic partnerships, and the application of AI to complex business and operational challenges. In his role as Chairman, he focuses on strategic oversight and governance while supporting the executive team responsible for the company's day-to-day operations and execution.

Aytekin believes artificial intelligence is evolving from a standalone technology into a fundamental layer of how organizations operate, make decisions, manage risk, and serve their customers. His work focuses on the application of predictive models and intelligent systems across healthcare, financial services, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Aytekin is also the Founder, President, and CEO of OneWell Health Care, a national healthcare organization specializing in home health, home care, and behavioral health services; the Founder and President of PA Health Management, a healthcare organization focused on care coordination and community-based services; and the Founder and CEO of Pyramos Software, an enterprise software company developing intelligent technology for healthcare operations.

Before becoming an entrepreneur, Aytekin spent more than 17 years at IBM, where he held leadership roles spanning enterprise technology, governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and large-scale digital transformation. Earlier in his career, he worked at PwC as a management consultant focused on financial systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions.

Aytekin holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Penn State University.

Aykut Kahraman is CEO and co-founder of Luwian AI, where he leads development of the company's no-code platform for building and deploying Time Series, Machine Learning, Scorecard, and AI models. With 17+ years in predictive modeling and model risk management, he focuses on balancing governance, compliance, and innovation for the banking, financial services, and insurance sector. He previously led model development and validation teams at M&T Bank for over 15 years. He holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering (Operations Research) from the University at Buffalo and an MS from Colorado State University Pueblo.

Nav Vaidhyanathan is Chief Operating Officer at Luwian AI, bringing nearly two decades in financial services across Discover, Northern Trust, Wintrust, and M&T Bank, including more than a decade leading model risk management functions. At M&T Bank he was Executive Vice President, Head of Model Risk Management. His expertise spans model risk management, stress testing, model validation, and quantitative analytics leadership.

Barış Coşkun is Lead Data Scientist, specializing in computer vision, large language models, predictive modeling, and optimization. He holds a BS in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Bilkent University and an MS in Computer Engineering from Hacettepe University, and is completing a PhD in Data Science at Middle East Technical University, with research published in IEEE and IEEE/ACM venues. He began his career at Turkish Aerospace Industries (TUSAŞ), and has since led data and AI projects across the fintech, medical, automotive, and education-technology sectors in Turkey and the US.

Osman is the Software Team Lead at Luwian AI, where he directs the engineering organization behind the company's model development and governance platform. His work spans architecture, technical direction, and day-to-day delivery. Over his career he has created multiple enterprise-level products and led the software teams behind them, with systems deployed across global organizations. He brings a hands-on approach to engineering leadership, staying close to both the codebase and the product direction.
